Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Are these folks above the Constitution?

U.S. Constitution Article VI.
...all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land;

Geneva Convention
Protocol I, section 2.
Proclaiming their earnest wish to see peace prevail among peoples,

Recalling that every State has the duty, in conformity with the Charter of the United Nations, to refrain in its international relations from the threat or use of force against the sovereignty, territorial integrity or political independence of any State, or in any other manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations,...

Hmmm... Good thing you posted the constitution.
According to article VI, the US is obligated to abide by all treaties which it has willfully signed.
Yet, we went against the will of the UN with regards to our pre-emptive war in Iraq; which is a clear violation of the Geneva Convention. (Not to even mention the deception about wmd's from the administration or violations of the GC regarding prisoners of war...)
This misconduct is an obvious impeachable offense for BUsh, Cheney, Rumsfield, Rice and company.
Are these folks above the Constitution?
