Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Home Taught: Perspectives in Educational Philosophy: What's wrong with public schools?

One day, Americans will wake up to the farce that is the government-run schools. They will realize that so-called public education has nothing to do with education and everything to do with indoctrination. This article has many talking points to that effect. I expect the cadre of government-run school groupies who hover about The Bully Pulpit are going to really hate this one.
