Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Who's reality?

"It must be nice to have these God-like powers of perception. Of course none of that is founded in reality. I can hardly believe you would argue that there is some magical property to traversing the birth canal that imbues personhood on humans. Pure fantasy."

You know, sometimes people form opinions because that is the way they feel; not because that's what someone told them they should believe. We all have our opinions on the origins of life and the mysticism of being.

I would ask what 'reality' you're living in to think that every unwanted child is going to be adopted?
