Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

RE: 'Tommy Lee Goes To College'... and so do too many others

"Tommy Lee has toured the world for over 20 years, sold nearly 40 million albums, and is a successful, talented, unique, and iconic character (in some circles)."

He is also, by his own admission, an alcoholic, drug-addicted, STD-ridden wife-beater. His own quote about this reality show: "Being at college with all those college girls was like being a kid in a candy store for me." So I guess we can add lecher to that list as well.

Yeah. Right. Awesome role model there. I think I'll take a pass on recommending him to my kids or grandkids. Maybe he can get a job at UNC-A. He seems well suited to teach classes there about Asian porn.
