Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

RE: Nathan Tabor

Nathan has some other problems that aren't completely related to his youth. That being said, he really does have a pretty good chance of getting the nomination. I'm not quite sure how I feel about that. At least he's not a socialist. I'm not sure which faction in the GOP civil war he belongs to. I think he's in the Art Pope faction.

I'm hesitant to say more because every time I make a comment about him on Free Republic, I get email from him for a week. I don't think he knows about the BP, but you never know...
