Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

RE: Grandma's Afternoon Burrito...

I thought you said some nice things about Brad Newsome once.

I said some nice things about his Dad, so there might have been an association. Anyway, since then I've heard and read some of his positions. He's a clone of Mike Culler. "More money for the schools. More money for the Health Department. More money for Social Services."

Bleh!
