Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Vodka preference? Let me know...

Столичная, of course. Is there any other?

My Russian friend tells me Русский Стандарт is the number one selling vodka in Russia and he says he prefers it slightly over Stoli. It is supposedly sold here, but I've never seen it.

What? You don't read Russian? The first one is Stolichnaya, which means "Of the capitol." The second one is Russian Standard.

Either one works for me!
