Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Growing number of Hispanic Americans converting to Islam in the US

Orlando (Channel NewsAsia) - Muslim leaders in the United States say interest in their religion has increased in the past few years.

More Hispanic Americans are converting to Islam, particularly in New York, California, Texas and Florida, which have the greatest concentration of Hispanic residents.

It sounds like wishful thinking on the part of Muslim leaders. I would guess that Hispanics had about zero interest in Islam before. If three people attend a Mosque, the statement is technically accurate.
