Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Good Night for Clinton But Not So Good For Pollsters, Pundits

(Fox News) - Voters in New Hampshire weren’t wrong about who they wanted to be the next Democratic presidential nominee, but the pundits, pollsters and even the campaigns completely missed the mark in the run-up to Tuesday’s vote.

For a group of people whose job it is to listen to what other people think, these clowns have got to be the worst at it in the whole world. I have said this time and time again: people lie to pollsters.
