Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Burr Confirms He Goes Topless Most Days

(WGHP-TV) - Earlier this week, TMZ obtained video of Senator Richard Burr driving his 1974 Volkswagen Thing with the top down as it snowed in Washington, D.C. Today, FOX8 had a brief, lighthearted conversation with North Carolina's senior senator about his choice of transportation.
