The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Caught on Video: Horse Dies After Horrifying Crash With Rally Car in Argentina



(U.K. Telegraph) - The horse, which had wandered on to the dirt track, was somersaulted in the air and later put down due to its serious injuries.
