The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Man Allowed Wife to be Eaten Alive by Maggots



(Breitbart.tv) - An Ohio man has been indicted in the death of his wife after authorities say she was found with rotting bed sores and maggots on her.
