The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Could Hackers Hijack Internet Vote?

(FoxNews.com) - Voters in 33 states will be able to vote using some aspect of the Internet, but no matter the outcome, experts say no one will be certain those votes haven't been tampered with — after all, it only took a team of college kids and their professors 36 hours to pull it off.
