Jimmy Fallon And Bruce Springsteen Cover ‘Whip My Hair’

(By Verena von Pfetten, Styleite) - Willow Smith’s girl power anthem “Whip My Hair” is well on its way to becoming an American classic, and last night’s duet by Jimmy Fallon (as Neil Young) and Bruce Springsteen only furthered the cause.

Acoustic, unfettered, and sung with a wonderfully yearning tenor by Fallon (as Young), “Whip My Hair” sounded at once old and brand new. And then Springsteen joined in — dressed as himself 30 years ago — and everyone’s heads exploded.

Willow Smith, you’ve done America proud.
