The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Tony Blair Heckled After Expression of Regret Over Loss of Life in Iraq War



(Breitbart.tv) - Let this be an example of what happens when a dignified and honorable man offers an attempt at reconciliation with opponents on the left who demand apologies.

Does anyone believe that if Sarah Palin "apologized" for her rhetoric over the past two years her opponents would treat her with any more respect or deference? This proves that calls for "decency" and "apologies" are merely weapons in the organized left's arsenal against their perceived enemies.
