The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Homeless Couple In Green Bay Wins Super Bowl Tickets

(By Glenn Davis, SportsGrid) - You’ve heard about the man who won ESPN fantasy football’s top prize despite having to move out of his rat-infested apartment into a cheap motel and not having his own computer. And now comes a fan-related football triumph perhaps even more improbable-sounding: Ouida Wright and her boyfriend, both of Green Bay, won a contest for two tickets to the Super Bowl. They live in a homeless shelter.
