The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Car plows into bikers in Brazil [WARNING: Graphic]

(WGHP) - Watch as a motorist plows into dozens of bike riders at an event in Brazil. At least 40 people were reportedly hurt, however nobody was killed. Brazilian prosecutors are seeking prison time for the driver.
