The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Jimmy Carter Goes to North Korea



(Breitbart.tv) - Former President Jimmy Carter and other past world leaders arrived in Pyongyang Tuesday hoping to meet with North Korea's leader to discuss dangerous food shortages and stalled nuclear disarmament talks.
