The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Intoxicated Man Eating Napkin In Viral Video Revealed To Be Oregon State Announcer

(By Glenn Davis, Mediaite) - A few months ago, a video surfaced on Youtube titled “Drunk man eats napkin at Denry’s.” (They meant “Denny’s.”) It’s exactly what it sounds like. Here is that video:



It wasn’t known at first, but after nearly 200,000 views, the napkin-eater was recently identified as Mike Parker, the radio voice of Oregon State athletics.
