Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Pole Dancing Champion Spices Up Morning News Show By Falling Off Pole

(By Dan Fogarty, SportsGrid) - The producers of KTTV’s 'Good Day LA' really had a good idea with this one: have a scantily-clad, well-toned female do a pole dancing routine, (under the guise of highlighting a new workout trend), as a means of distinguishing themselves from the rest of the AM TV bog.
