Woman Accused of Killing Cat by Blowing Heroin Smoke in its Face



(Breitbart.tv) - A Boulder woman is facing serious charges of animal cruelty after she allegedly killed her roommate’s boyfriend’s cat by blowing heroin smoke into its face Tuesday morning.
