Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Chris Matthews Asks: Does Newt Gingrich ‘Personify’ Evil?



(Breitbart.tv) - Chris Matthews asks Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) if Newt Gingrich personifies evil. To Frank's credit, he reminds the NBC News star that "Hitler was evil, Saddam Hussein was evil, Stalin..." but he would not call Gingrich evil.
