The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Charles Krauthammer: Obama Wants GOP Race About Inequality To Distract From Outrageous Spending

(Breitbart.tv) - Charles Krauthammer claims that the President wants the upcoming Presidential race to focus on economic "inequality" to divert the conversation away from the debt crisis and the Administration's spending.
