Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Lorrie Morgan on Ex-beau Fred Thompson

Lorrie Morgan says her former boyfriend, Fred Thompson, would make a great president. Lorrie, who dated Fred for a couple of years in the mid-'90s, told Ralph Emery on his RFD-TV show "Live" that she definitely thinks Fred is presidential material.
