The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Video Captures Florida State Senator Looking at Laptop Image of Naked Women



(St. Petersburg Times) - The Sunshine State News gets all TMZ in the Florida Senate. On Thursday morning, during debate on what sounds like an abortion bill, the new Capitol Web outfit captured video images of Sen. Mike Bennett, R-Bradenton, looking at what appeared to be a Girls-Gone-Wild-type picture on his computer.
