The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. (By Glenn Davis, SportsGrid) - Odds are, if you tried to come up with a list of every potentially dangerous sport you could think of, and for some reason put more thought into this list than anything else you’ve ever done, you still wouldn’t include tennis. “It’s hitting a ball back and forth,” your thought process might go. “People have to pull out of tennis matches for injuries that would never keep someone out of action in, say, football.”

But when you’re playing a doubles match, the decreased available court space means you’re more prone to an unfortunate accident. And recently, top-ranked women’s player Caroline Wozniacki found herself on the business end of such a scenario:
