Again and again...
"So if R v. W is overturned, how would you suggest it be handled?"
Asked and answered. If Roe is overturned, abortion legislation responsibility would return to the states, where it belongs.
"Who gets in trouble for an illegal abortion? The mother? The doctor? The father? The parents (or not engraining abstinence in their promiscuous daughter)?"
In states where it would be illegal (that appears to be 38 of them at the moment, by the way), a doctor (or anyone else) who performs an abortion would be liable. A woman who solicits an abortion would probably face some liability as well. That's our judicial system. Someone who breaks the law faces liability for it. Or at least that's the way our judicial system is supposed to work. Fifty years of liberalism has blurred that somewhat.
"If rights start at conception...then are children of foreigners, conceived in the US, natural-conceived citizens? It seems like a slippery slope."
It already is a slippery slope. Ever heard of anchor babies? The definition of life beginning at contraception does not significantly change anything in our legal system other than the availability of abortion. Many states have a fetal protection law. Many more are adopting them.
"Let me repeat...I AM NOT a proponent of abortions, only of a woman's right to choose."
Illogical and non sequitur. Her right to choose what? To murder her child? So does that mean you are a proponent of Jeffry Damer's right to choose? Once again, you can't hide behind the pro-choice euphemism. You are either in favor of the free availability of abortion or you are not. If you are, you are pro-abortion by definition and declaration.
"I consider the federal (or state) government telling me what I can't do to be the worst kind of "big government". (this is the same reason i am opposed to seatbelt and helmet laws, drug laws, and am a strong supporter of the 2nd amendment.)"
Would that include the federal and/or state government taking money from you at the point of a gun? Do you consider these governments telling you that you can't kill someone you don't like to be the worst kind of "big government?" How about the fact that they won't let you rob banks, commit rape, or destroy someone else's property? Do you propose anarchy?
