Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. But instead you'd rather discuss debate etiquette. I guess rhetoric and 1 upping your opponent is more important than providing feedback on the ONLY IDEA for policy that i have seen on this site with regards to abortion.
