Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

What about the mandatory contraceptive idea? It seems like a good start.
But instead you'd rather discuss debate etiquette. I guess rhetoric and 1 upping your opponent is more important than providing feedback on the ONLY IDEA for policy that i have seen on this site with regards to abortion.
