The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. King Officials Pass Public Forum Policy Regarding Christian Flag



KING, NC (WGHP) — The King City Council voted 5-0 to pass a limited public forum policy Monday evening.

This policy will allow people of all faiths and traditions to apply to fly a flag at the Veteran's Memorial.

Details on specifics of the policy will be finalized by lawyers from the Alliance Defense Fund.
