Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Teens Arrested for Brutal Bullying of 13-Year-Old Kid: ‘Tossed in a Tree’ & ‘Hung From a Fence’

(By Jonathon M. Seidl, The Blaze) - The video is almost too heartbreaking to watch. It shows seven older teens attacking a 13-year-old in a case of extreme bullying. The older boys, from near Philadelphia, PA, randomly target the younger one, and proceed to drag him, throw him in a tree, and even try to hang him from a fence. The attackers seem to have aided in their own capture by taping the incident and posting it on the internet.
