Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Turtle Island Project

Steve: There is a difference between being concerned about the environment and being a "deep ecologist". We aren't all extremists.

I suggest you study their website again. The Turtle Island Project and the Wildlands project share similar views, but their are differing ideas about how to achieve the goal. The site admits that Wildlanders have some extreme views that aren't feasible nor attractive.

Being an environmentalist means that you are concerned about the health of your environment for your own health's sake.
