Same-sex Marriage Ban Overturned; CNN Reports From Gay Bar

(Breitbart.tv) - Five months after hearing evidence, 9th Circuit District Court Judge Vaughn Walker submitted a 136-page decision in the case of Perry v. Schwarzenegger, rejecting Proposition 8, which was passed by voters in November 2008 by a 52% - 48% margin.
